In this post, we will not introduce to you about how beautiful the country is, but we will guide you how easy to obtain a visa to visit it with Vietnam visa on arrival.

A short comparison

In the event you obtained a visa on arrival for Cambodia, please don’t mix it with visa on arrival to Vietnam and consider them the same in application process.

While to obtain a visa on arrival for Cambodia, you only need to reach its border gate, complete the form there for the visa. But it is completely different in case of visa on arrival for Vietnam for which you need to obtain a visa approval letter beforehand and then get visa stamped upon arrival at Vietnam airport.

Another big difference between this kind of visa to the two countries is that while visa on arrival for Cambodia still works in border gates, Vietnam visa on arrival works at 5 international airports in Vietnam only (Noi Bai – Hanoi, Cat Bi – Hai Phong, Da Nang – Da Nang, Cam Ranh – Khanh Hoa, and Tan Son Nhat – Ho Chi Minh City).
